Our “Peace of Mind” Return Policy
We are confident in the performance of our probiotic solutions. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
- 30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
- Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Easy Returns Process: Simply email our support team at support@eforbiotech.co.uk with your order number. We will provide a pre-paid return label (the cost of which may be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty).
- Faulty or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement.
